Personally, I think this is awful. And green is just so not in right now. (Also according to Irish legend, a green kitchen is totally unlucky.) But this legit “eye-catching” condo apartment from the 70s has gone on sale. Situated in Chicago, the 1 877 square foot penthouse was done up in 1972 and has never changed.
It’s pretty much the definition of groovy. Working out to around $84 per square foot (R1400) with additional costs being $35 a month for a heated garage and $20 for an outdoor parking space. First going for sale in 2012, it only received ordinary interest, but suddenly, it’s all the rage.
People who say they love that shit are lying to themselves. There’s no revolving bed. Austin Powers had way more taste.
