It has been a horrible six months or so for Sonwabile Jakuja, the man pulled from his car and beaten in June of last year.
Having spent seven days in ICU, and still suffering from headaches related to the attack, Jakuja is frustrated at what he says is a lack of police action because he is black. Here’s eNCA:
