The search for the perfect burger, there’s a cause I would gladly dedicate my time and money towards.

Now everyone really thinks they know how to make and judge the perfect burger, but of course the truth is something completely different. In lieu of the upcoming Cape Town Burger Festival, the weekend of February 13 and 14, we’ve asked Masterchef judge Peter Goffe-Wood and organisers Svend and Justin to pop past the 2OV FM studios.

I’d say you want to skip ahead to around the 24-minute mark to hear things really kick into gear, Peter letting us in on his burger-making secrets.
