Sheesh but the Cape Town Sevens was a good time hey? Minus the massive wait for a beer, of course, but these are all things that will be ironed out in years to come I’m sure.
A bunch of peeps who enjoyed the tournament to the max are those who had the luxury of staying at the Cape Town Rugby Camp. They were treated to a three-day experience that included meeting some former Boks, a trip to the Springbok Museum and a number of social events that made it a weekend to remember.
Now you might have missed out on that one but you should know the Cape Town 10s is around the corner- February 4, 5 and 6 being the dates to remember.
Rather than just rocking up for the rugby and then buggering off how about actually LIVING the Cape Town 10s? Here’s what the guys at G3, the same team behind the Sevens camping, and the Cape Town 10s organisers have to say about the experience:
Partnering up with global leading festival accommodation supplier “G3” we bring to you 2 unique and fun accommodation options. Whether its the stress-free, comfortable and funky, take-home tent which we have dubbed “The Groupie”, or the lavish and ever-so sophisticated “Rockstar” outdoor penthouse that tickles your fancy, there is a place for all to rest and really get the most out of this incredible weekend with your teammates, friends and family!
What’s better than “Living the 10s” – not having to worry about shuttles, transfers, missioning to the hotel for a little rest or refresh and then in the evening to have a short stumble with your team to a street in the tented village, amptly named after your team, having a proper sleep and then in the morning wake up refreshed, a drop and skip from where your first match will be, whilst living it up like a Rockstar on your own piece of 10s turf.
Then over to everything you need to know about the deal itself:
If you are keen on booking a tent or finding out more all you have to do is email info@capetowntens.com.
Get involved peeps, the 10s is a serious vibe and there is no better way to enjoy it than this.
