Yesterday was a dark day for many around the country, holidays coming to an end and the drive home from various destinations under way. What’s even worse is being forced to sit in traffic on the N2, a veld fire closing the road between Spine and Baden Powell roads in Cape Town yesterday afternoon.

”Visibility is very poor and there are huge flames because of strong winds,” he said.

Luckily no one was injured in the blaze and everyone made it to work safely this morning. Which is why you’re here, desperately waiting for day one to come to an end.
