As the Queen has grown older, she has adopted the role of grandma to all her subjects. Although I’m not sure she is in with the cheek-squeezing crowd, she sure can make people feel a little more comfortable about their life choices.

So when British astronaut Tim Peake embarked on his outer-space journey on Tuesday, the nation, including the Queen, banded together to wish him luck via the easiest way – good ol’ social media.

One of them was Le Queen.
