Christmas is a wonderful time of year – just look past the annoying music and over the top shop displays and you have some of the things that really matter. Family, friends, food and an excuse to start getting festive from midday – I’m sold.
Now the Christmas lunch is a classic, all that piping hot food serving to warm those celebrating a White Christmas up from the inside. Of course it’s rather different in this neck of the woods, with late December being one of the hotter periods of the year.
