The younger of the two British princes took a couple of tumbles this past weekend when he managed to fall off his horse. Twice. The elegant falls occurred during the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup in Paarl on Saturday. It is the first time that South Africa has played host to the prestigious event.
Sentebale is the charity Prince Harry founded with Lesotho’s Prince Bereng Seeiso, in memory of Princess Diana. Despite the fall, he got back up.
Then, just as the whistle blew for the end of the match, Harry managed to tumble off his horse again. Argentinian Nacho Figueras – a good friend of Harry’s and fellow polo player – tumbled off his horse in mockery of the Prince.
Harry’s Cape Town visit forms part of his week-long trip to the continent. The trip kicked off in Lesotho where he spent his time with charity workers.
