According to Apple, outer space is so mindbogglingly huge that only the largest of iPad screens can properly display it. Or, at least, that’s Apple’s sale pitch for its new plus-sized iPad Pro to be released this week. Releasing a similar set of commercials, both entitled “A Great Big Universe” they highlight the graphical capabilities of its biggest tablet yet.
The first ad, set to Alabama Shakes’ “Sound and Color,” features the vivid cosmos imagery before panning out to focus on the activities of an astronomer using the new iPad to plot out equations. I wanna be an astronomer now, look how pretty the universe is.
