It’s always a bit of a pain in the backside getting your SIM card RICA’d, although there is generally some solid reasoning behind why this is a necessary process.
It looks like there are certain retailers who are circumnavigating the system however, selling pre-RICA’d cards that may well make it easy to use your phone for some underhanded activity.
