A little bit of assumption goes a long way. After CCTV footage was uploaded onto Facebook with a clip claiming that a man was masturbating while standing across the road from a school has got authorities on high alert.
In the area of Shirly, Southampton, the alleged incident went down at the time school was finishing and children were leaving.
Obvious, Facebook users’ cried out in protest, claiming the person involved ‘needs catching’. Or maybe just do a little explaining. Police, who have been made aware of the video, will be looking into the incident.
