So said Jack Parow when poking fun at things he didn’t really consider all that lekker, but some tattoos are so well-designed and inked that they can only be admired. You might not want one yourself, but the artwork on display at the world-famous international show in China has to be seen to be believed.

The three-day festival is a celebration of body art and here are five pictures that sum up just how much ink was on display:
