#freethenipple is still a celeb-fuelled hashtag on Instagram, protesting censorship by celebrating the female body. Naomi uploaded a #blackandwhite image of her nude – and with both nipples free. The photo is set to feature in the Taschen two-volume book of nude portraits by photographer Paolo Riversi.
While Instagram allows “photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding,” it monitors users’ red flags to police photos and can sometimes seem inconsistent on the outside.
That is sex right there.
