Spring has sprung and what better way to celebrate the warming weather than to clear out your house. But what do you do with all those black bags and apple boxes of long forgotten clothes and random household goods? Boom, Uber has the answer.
To make things quick, and convenient, Uber has paired up with forgood to help you get rid of clothing, appliances, electronics, car seats and non-perishable foods. forgood is an online platform that links people with causes, helping you distribute your time and donations to worthy causes.
This will all go down next Tuesday, 8 September, when Uber drivers will be at your beck and call. At the touch of a button, a driver will rock up to your doorstep, pick up your donations and drop them off at forgood depots in Jozi, Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban.
