It seems that Clive started something here guys. In the second video to surface, shot by someone who wants to keep anonymous but didn’t really provide a back story, context, or bad-mouthed opinion, the same JMPD officer is once again giving shit to the driver.
The topic? Bribes.
As she casually leans against his rolled-down passenger window, she asks,’ What is bribe?’
Then, kind of subtly bribes him, stating that if he deletes the ‘photo’ he can go.
This is becoming quite fun.
