The internet was given the gift of seeing this frustratingly cute video of two wildly different animals interacting with each other at the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand.
As the play date begins, the ellie, or Baby Yindee as it is known to friends, seems a bit confused and bothered at its own inability to catch the nimble hound. Yindee is just one of the Asiatic Elephants at the Elephant Nature Park, a sanctuary for orphaned or formerly abused elephants that allows their animals access to wide open spaces and plenty of sunshine. And play with dogs.
In the end, Yindee resorts to throwing sand on itself, a definite act of personal defeat.
