Unless you live in a remote rural area, it’s likely that seeing a minion somewhere at some point during your day is fairly inevitable. Particularly at the moment, as the Pixar promo machine is in hyper-drive to promote the second movie.
Nonetheless, you’d probably be a little alarmed if a 40ft minion threw itself across the road you were driving along, obstructing the road completely. Which is exactly what happened in Dublin the other day, when a fairground inflatable blew into the busy road, causing traffic chaos.
Eye-witness photos are somewhat reminiscent of a disaster movie, as Kevin stared ominously at the approaching drivers.
Police didn’t take long to show up to the bizarre incident, and Kev was deflated before being removed from the scene, although he did manage to cause a 15 minute traffic jam in the process.
