It’s been nearly a whole week since the last revelation in the Cosby saga, so it’s about time for the next galling instalment. Camille Cosby, Bill’s supposedly long-suffering wife, has made it clear that she 100% supports her husband, despite his guilt being glaringly clear.

You can understand why her reaction to the accusations has been one of complete denial, as admitting you’ve spent most of your life married to a sex fiend would be tough for most people. As the Daily Beast reports her to have said:

“Camille still doesn’t believe that Bill provided drugs and had sex with women without their consent,” a source employed by the Cosby family told the Post.

She’s well aware of his cheating, but she doesn’t believe that her husband is a rapist.”

However, last week Camille reportedly held a press conference at which she was quoted as saying:

“I created him, I knew what I was getting and we’ll fix this. They are making him out to be such a bad guy, a monster.”

Is it just me or is it starting to sound a lot like she was aware of his ‘predilections’ and chose to turn a blind eye in return for wealth and status?

Surely there will come a point where the evidence against Cosby will leave no other avenue than an admission of guilt, but until that happens (and even if/when it does) his wife has made it clear that she’ll stand by him until the bitter end.
