We definitely have our fair share of strikes down here in good ‘ol South Africa, but those are a little more difficult to poke fun at than the strikes currently crippling London’s Tube services.
The ongoing strikes have seen congestion in the capital reach staggering proportions, leading to rioting and people completely losing their rag. Wait, this is England, no it hasn’t. Below from Mashable:
The 24 hour (plus) strike by Tube staff, following a failed pay deal for staff for the forthcoming night service, saw London’s fragile network start to fall apart at the seams late Wednesday evening – and continued causing problems throughout Thursday.
Thankfully, Britons love to queue, and neat, organised lines formed across the capital.
