Kanye West, performer extraordinaire and the greatest musician / human to ever walk amongst us.
The above, of course, would be taken straight from the horse’s mouth. He might also say that his performance at Glastonbury was the greatest in the festival’s history but, if his rendition of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody is anything to go by, he would be wrong on that account too.
The crowd definitely got behind him but from my side this one is best left in the hands of those who know the words, ebb and flow of the song. Here’s Mashable with a synopsis:
The rapper played Queen’s classic hit “Bohemian Rhapsody” during his headlining set at the popular English music festival. With the help of a crowd happily singing along, West performed the track’s first part, before switching over to his own song, the swaggering “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”
I might be a Kanye hater at heart but I’m not sure if the goosebumps stem from enjoyment or the feeling of being left cold by his performance.
