There isn’t a man out there who hasn’t said something out loud that he later regretted, but at least that slip of the tongue wasn’t broadcast over a helicopter’s public address system. Mashable reports:
The Winnipeg Police Department released a statement regarding the incident, stating that the department sincerely apologizes for the incident.
According to the press release, “the involved members were not able to hear the public address system from within the aircraft. They became aware their conversation had been broadcast and immediately turned the system off.”
Apparently the two pilots were discussing the merits of fellatio, something they seemed pretty worked up about:
The department was then forced to offer another one of those ‘sincere’ Twitter apologies.
And what of the pilots? Let’s hope they’re still considered handy and didn’t blow it, it would suck if they were knocked off the force.
