Your hands are probably one of the most hard working, neglected parts of your body. Take me for example – I love cooking and am forever picking hot food out of the frying pan. I love gardening and am always losing my garden gloves so usually end up digging and whatnot with my bare hands. Riding around on my bicycle? My hands are the first part of me to encounter all the elements, be it burning hot sun or cold rain.
My bedside table is covered in hand creams and wonderful potions that smell heavenly because, and this might be more appropriate to the ladies, I want my hands to look amazing when I one day take that engagement ring #selfie. Oh, you know the one…

SUNBLOCK during the day. You don’t want extra freckles or sunspots adding to the wrinkles of ageing.
Thankfully there are ways to prevent ageing, and ways to treat any existing damage. Some treatment options are injectable dermal fillers to plump and smooth wrinkled skin; mesotherapy for added growth factors and hydration; Carboxytherapy for circulation stimulation and chemical peels to target pigmentation/sun spots.
Skin, Body & Health Renewal really does have your back (or should I say hand) in this…
