Break-ups can be messy affairs. There’s the snot en trane, the bunfight over who gets to keep which friends and, worst of all, the possessions packed in a cardboard box and left by the door.
These are all natural steps, some would say, but this German fellow looks to have taken the dividing of possessions a little too seriously. Here’s Metro:
‘Thank you for 12 beautiful years, Laura,’ he wrote alongside a YouTube montage of himself sawing all of their things in half, before listing them all for sale on eBay.
No, we’re not talking just the little things – when you commit to dividing everything down the middle you go balls to the wall. Below are some of the items offered on eBay.
OK buddy we get the point, you’re not too happy with this Laura lady. Why not donate all of the above very much in demand items to a charity, homeless shelter or family in need (yes, those do exist in Germany)? This one below we’re happy for you to chop in half.
In case you’re wondering how he went about doing all this sawing you can enjoy his ‘how to have a meltdown after a breakdown’ guide on YouTube. Hang in there buddy, and if one of his mates wants to remove all the sharp objects from his house now would be the time.
