Do you ever get that feeling like someone is watching you go about your daily business, that kind of eerie worry that you are being tailed?
Well now you can ensure your every move is watched, filmed and captured for future generations to marvel at. Introducing the Lily Camera, the narcissist’s new favourite toy. Technically it isn’t a drone per se, rather a flying camera with a drone-like body and four rotors. Here’s Mashable:
It will…learn your face. The final Lily will have a computer vision system that will recognize your face and then work to always keep you in the frame.
“You throw this in the air, go about your business and at the end, you’ll have a high-quality video,” said the camera’s cofounder Henry Bradlow.
…Lily Camera will fly itself, following and capture the best moments…the pocket GPS will tell Lily Camera when you might be jumping or falling, for example; a quad of buttons makes the device either fly closer to or further away from you, or lets it circle to your left or right — while always keeping you in frame.
Whilst it isn’t yet ready for consumer purchase the final version is set to be both water- and throw-proof. The camera should retail at around the $899 (R10 800) mark, although early birds can pre-order for around $499 (R6 000).
I suspect it is only a matter of time until the Kardashians have a fleet following their every move, live-stream it on the internet and complete their push for complete world domination.
