It’s being billed as the fight of the century and, to be honest, that’s exactly what it is.
The Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight, which takes place in Las Vegas on May 2, will grace our screens early Sunday morning (May 3) thanks to the nine-hour time difference.
Now Supersport Two will be the channel screening the fight, although their coverage will start from 3AM with the undercard fights. The question that remains, then, is at what time will we actually see the epic tussle take place?
The billing has the main event taking place at around 8PM local time, so taking the nine-hour difference into account we should expect to see the two duke it out around 5AM our time.
It is feasible that the undercard fights may finish somewhat earlier, but this shouldn’t affect the time of the main bout too much. I would suggest tuning in from 4:30AM in order to avoid disappointment, and we we know the boxers’ entrances will be a spectacle in and of itself.
