Can you even believe Helena Christensen is 46? And did you know she was one of the original Victoria’s Secret Angels back in the 90’s, or that she represented Denmark in the 1986 Miss Universe pageant?

 

Anyway, have you seen her lately??

 She’s just finished shooting for French fashion magazine Madame Figaro in Saint Martin in the Caribbean and she looks amazing.

How does she keep herself looking that good? Well, she says it’s not by exercising and starving herself.

I never followed any diet, I love good food. I have a good metabolism. I started doing sports quite late, around 30 years. I started because I wanted to feel more toned. I hate endurance sports, it would be impossible for me to run a marathon. I love the intense sports, such as boxing or sprint.

Now that’s just plain unfair.
