You know how it goes on Tinder… Left. Left. Left. Leftleftleftleftleftleftleft. Oh crap, should’ve swiped right, there goes Prince Charming forever.
Not so for these two lovely people… who turned out to be long lost siblings. OH! Happy days!
The two apparently grew up apart “after their parents divorced; their father took his twin sons to Belgium while their mother kept her daughter with her in the Netherlands”, but the two brothers always remembered Josephine. They have been apart since 1999 and have even unsuccessfully searched for her a few years previously.
Then, one of the brothers moved back to the Netherlands and joined Tinder. Eric de Vries explains:
The first time I swiped her profile I had absolutely no idea. In our first conversation I was actually flirting with her so the conversation was very superficial. In our next conversation, I started to get some clues and figured she might actually be my sister. This kind of shocked me, so I decided not to contact her for a few days.
Awks.
Now the three are spending their days catching up and remising about their childhoods and are not dating each other.
