You know what I hate? Football clubs that are bought by billionaires, their wealth made through illicit means, who then snap up players at exorbitant prices and crush the little guys. You know what else I hate? People that murder their girlfriends, and underworld bosses reportedly guilty of a host of sordid crimes.
How fitting it is, then, that Radovan Krejcir and Oscar Pistorius should support the football club owned by Russian billionaire and dodgy businessman Roman Abramovich. TimesLive reports:
Krejcir was asked if he missed Pistorius, until now a fellow prisoner at Kgosi Mampuru II prison.
“Yes, I do. We must play for Chelsea when we are released.”
Krejcir and Pistorius were being held in the prison’s hospital section until George Louka, a state witness in the Lolly Jackson murder case, was moved into it for treatment.
Shame, the besties have been separated and a budding bromance has perhaps been nipped in the bud.
We all know the full story of Oscar’s brushes with the law but for those less familiar with Radovan Krejcir he is a suspected of being an international Mafia boss, currently appearing in court in connection with the murder of another murky underworld character Sam Issa.
Good luck lads, if you thought prison was rough wait until you share a changing room with John Terry and Jose Mourinho.
