Another day, another damning indictment of the fool that is Jeremy Clarkson.
You can catch up to speed HERE and HERE, but the long and the short of it is that Clarkson has been suspended by the BBC after being involved in a fight with one of the show’s producers. The reason? No hot food at the hotel where he was staying at the end of the day’s filming. This, it should be remembered, after Clarkson was reported to be hours late following a few toots at a pub.
Now a family who witnessed the row have recounted their story to Sky News:
The Ward family from Leeds told Sky News that Clarkson ranted for up to half-an-hour at the Simonstone Hotel near Hawes and say they were shocked at his language and the way he treated his colleague…
“He said he hadn’t done his job properly, it was ridiculous that there was nothing to eat, obviously there was lots of expletives in between all this, and that he would be losing his job, he would see to it that he would lose his job”.
Charming Jeremy, you really do sound like a top bloke. The family also said he was rude to them when they asked for a selfie, although I must side with Clarkson on that one.
He seems to have taken it all in his stride though as his Twitter bio has undergone a little modification. Sky again:
Clarkson’s Twitter profile has changed from saying, “I am a presenter on the BBC2 motoring show, Top Gear” to “I am probably a presenter on the BBC2 motoring show, Top Gear.
Hopefully it will soon read ‘out of work knobhead watching reruns of the glory days’ but I doubt the BBC have the balls to fire a man who rakes in so much dough for the company.
