As promised to you on Friday, we are running a little competition with Cocofina this week – if you are out there, anywhere, you could win yourself a box of glorious coconut water. If my weekend was anything to go buy, you should be entering at a rapid rate. Thank goodness I have a fridge full of health behind me to rehydrate my poor body.

Let’s get down to the mechanics:

EVERYDAY AT 11AM WE WILL SEND OUT A TWEET WITH A QUESTION – THE FIRST PERSON TO REPLY WITH THE CORRECT ANSWER AND #COCOFINA WILL WIN THE CASE FOR THE DAY.

The prize? A case of 200ml coconut water, valued at R520 – that’s a lot of health in one little box (36 x 200ml’s to be exact).

Just think, by Saturday you could be sip-sipping on one of nature’s treats, pretending you’re on an island.
