It was a day that gripped the nation. Two fugitives on the loose, running through the streets of Phoenix, Arizona, to escape being caught. Helicopters followed their path so as not to lose them; trucks with lassos gave chase.
It is not yet known whether the llamas escaped from a circus, a petting zoo or a federal llama prison.
Finally, they were caught and America could sleep.
The internet, on the other hand, did not sleep. It went llama crazy.
