It is no secret I rave on and on about coconut water, and most specifically Cocofina. I practically do my morning sun salutations to my little juice boxes, rather than the gods of yoga. I love the stuff. I told you how good it is for you. I will tell you again though: coconut water aids in food digestion, it lowers blood pressure and it can aid in weight-loss. You all heard about my post-island holiday glow.

From Monday, we will be running a little Cocofina competition. The prize will be a case of 200ml coconut water, which we will be giving away to a different reader every day. Each prize is valued at R520 – that’s a lot of health in one little box (36 x 200ml’s to be exact).
Sure, you can drink them all and not share with your friends, or you can invite them over, lay around the pool, and play a game of ‘describe the beach we’re laying on’. It’s always fun.
