Good news for the wonderful residents of Cape Town: TripAdvisor’s 2015 Traveller’s Choice Awards results are out, and we have the best beach in the country, again.
Our beautiful Camps Bay beach still reigns supreme in SA, and is at number two for the entire African continent (it was beaten by a beach in the Seychelles, which is fair).
Camps Bay was also classed as the 11th best beach in the world, up from number 24 last year.
Can we get any luckier?
In actual fact, we can (who would have believed that, huh?).
Even TripAdvisor says so:
The beach, beloved by tourists and Capetonians alike, is directly opposite the fashionable bars and restaurants on Victoria Road, and has a superb setting at the foot of the western edge of Table Mountain.
And which is the most fashionable of all? Caprice, obviously.
We’ve all attended an uplifting Sunday session after a day laying on the number one beach in the country. I don’t need to explain the perfect equation that this is.
And there is all the proof you need, folks.
