If you pop in and visit us every now and again you would have heard about the murder that took place at the Orange Street Engen in Gardens. Actually, let’s be honest, if you visit any news site you would have heard about it. Anyway, our take on the matter can be seen HERE and HERE.

The latest news to emerge this morning is that David Forbes, the man standing accused of the murder of 23-year-old Toefeeq Joseph, has been denied bail. So where to while he awaits trial? Pollsmoor boet.

Forbes claimed self-defence after shooting and killing Joseph, claiming a 14cm wound on his arm was inflicted by the deceased.

One thing we can be sure of? He will not be receiving a hero’s welcome at Pollsmoor.
