Earlier we brought you THIS story on how the State of the Nation address by President Zuma is set to be a rather feisty affair. You know, all that ‘pay back the money’ stuff and how Julius Malema has made it known that he intends to make JZ squirm. A little more on that HERE as well.
Now Juju has sat down for another interview and he has pulled no punches. Below are a few of the tastier comments courtesy of iol:
We don’t believe Zuma or everything that he says for that matter…he is a criminal of note. He is a thief that has permanently stolen from our people.
I have resolved my matters with Sars. When Sars said “Pay back the money”, I paid the money. Zuma’s time to pay back the money is now!
[Talking about land reappropriation] When you return the land, you are removing a white man who leaves with his equipment, and bring in a black community which has nothing. So how do you expect them to continue farming without tractors? Must they use their teeth?
No, they must be given tractors, they must be given seeds, they must be given tools to work on the land, they must be given managers who know how to manage projects.
Malema, of course, had plenty more to say in his interview with The Star’s senior political writer Lebogang Seale. We suggest you give it a read, and then mentally prepare yourself for the shitstorm that promises to be the State of the Nation address.
