Right folks, we are going to start from the beginning with this one.
So Prince Andrew is embroiled in a sex slave controversy, with the woman in question being procured for the prince by close friend Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein has previously served 18 months in prison for child sex crimes, a sentence greatly reduced by his plea bargain with the federal government.
Two women are now suing the US federal government for allowing Epstein to strike said bargain, claiming they were not informed of the deal which violates the Crime Victim Rights Act. Up to speed? OK, on we roll.
Last week another woman was added to the existing lawsuit against the federal government, bringing to the table a fresh set of allegations. These include:
Epstein forced then-minor Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, a close friend of Epstein’s and well-known criminal defense attorney. Epstein required Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with Dershowitz on numerous occasions while she was a minor, not only in Florida but also on private planes, in New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
If you are a law buff you might remember that Alan Dershowitz is the lawyer who famously defended OJ Simpson in his murder trial, and now serves as a professor emeritus at Harvard Law. He has refuted all the allegations, claiming to be the “innocent victim of an extortion conspiracy”.
This story has legs folks, so expect it to run for quite some time. For now, check out BusinessInsider for the full scoop on Dershowitz.
