So it turns out Prince Andrew, currently fifth in line to become King of Britain, has landed himself in a spot of bother. The Daily Mail is reporting that over a period of three years, Virginia Roberts, who was underage at the time, worked as a sex slave for one of the richest men in America and repeatedly serviced the Prince with erotic massages and sex.

Buckingham Palace have condemned the allegations, releasing the following statement reported in Big Story:

“It is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with (the woman),” Buckingham Palace said in a statement. “The allegations made are false and without any foundation.”

It does look like there will be a full-scale investigation, however, with police sources confirming with The Telegraph that should Roberts lay a formal complaint against the prince the likes of Scotland Yard could get involved.

You know Mummy isn’t going to be all that happy with him, even going as far as to summon him home from his ski trip early for what I imagine will be a rather stern chat.  Buckingham Palace usually refrain from releasing statements commenting on media reports, but this is one that they will be paying plenty of attention to over the coming days and weeks.
