You Won’t Recognise Mickey Rourke Now That He Is Boxing Again

Whilst I mostly recognise Mickey Rourke from movies like Iron Man 2, The Wrestler and The Expendables, he is also known as a boxer.

Rourke hasn’t boxed in over 20 years, and last Friday saw his first fight, and a total body transformation.

This is the actor/boxer last year, looking generally healthy and fine:

And here he is, ready for his first fight in yonks.

 The 62-year old beat 29-year old Elliot Seymour from California in a fight in Russia. Sadly for Rourke, rumours are flying that the fight was fixed.

Let’s hope for him it wasn’t.
