It’s that time of year again when the Americans do their thanksgiving thing and half the US media are reporting news about turkeys and holiday travel and thanksgiving parades.

Woah! A crazy swerving blow up doll, the crowd gasping with despair at every jerking movement, and a favourite children’s icon deflated at a rate of knots. That’s thanksgiving for you!
This is a heck of a laugh from where I’m sitting, but probably caused a substantial amount of therapy for the young kids in attendance…let’s hope Thomas the Tank Engine and Red Power Ranger survived the parade this year.
