Woo-ah! Things have really been heating up for old-timer and funny man Bill Cosby lately.

Rape allegations have surfaced involving him and his fellow cast members during the filming on The Cosby Show. 

It’s not all doom and gloom however, as Raven-Symoné – who played Cosby’s step-granddaughter, Olivia, on the NBC family sitcom – took to social media on Wednesday to put to bed (yup, I said it) any rumours about her on-screen grandfather.

“I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show!” she said. “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”

She is the first of Cosby’s co-stars to publicly speak in defense of the roughed comedian,  who was recently dropped as guest of The Late Show with David Letterman.
