A recently unearthed biblical record states Mary Magdalene and Jesus were indeed more than just friends.
According to the lost gospel, Jesus did marry her and they had two children together by the time he was crucified. Rumours of the true relationship that existed between Christ and the prostitute have been around for centuries but the church has always strongly denied them. This thousand year old “revelation” was discovered in the British Library and translated from Aramaic.
Full details of the manuscript will be revealed at a press conference on Wednesday, with a Science Channel documentary due in December.
