Cell C has had to go to court for an “urgent court action” because neither the mall nor the very unhappy customer will take down The Banner. (IN CASE YOU MISSED IT.)
“Letters of demand to remove the banner were issued to both the customer and the centre management at WorldWear Mall on Thursday evening,” said spokesperson Karin Fourie.
It’s now Monday and it is still hanging on a wall alongside the very, very busy Beyers Naudé Drive.
Just to fill you in, the banner is professionally printed and has the name and phone number of the Sandton City Cell C franchise manager and proclaims that the store is “the most useless service provider in SA”.
Unhappy customer, much? Looks like the power really is in our hands…
