Goodbye slow internet at work, and hello downloading movies without the boss knowing 21st century.
RSAWeb is launching CityFibre, an ‘incredibly fast internet connectivity product’, which “will allow businesses in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban to work at speeds that have previously been unheard of”.
You know your standard, 4Mbps ADSL line? Imagine it 50 times faster. Yeah, I said 50. That’s 200Mbps for uploading and downloading.
“CityFibre is set to change the way in which South African companies do business. We can now work as fast as those in New York or London do. No longer will we be constrained by slow internet and reduced productivity. This is an exciting time and we are thrilled to be driving the change”.
Damn it’s exciting. Never again will you have to stop awkwardly singing halfway through your favourite music video on YouTube.
