EasyJet Pulls Out Of Landing After One Wheel Touches The Ground [Video]

An EasyJet pilot saved what looked to be a near-disaster when he tried to land in Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.

Whether it’s doing a trick on your skateboard, bicycle or even making a cake, if you KNOW you’re not going to nail it, it’s best to bail out.

This is what happened recently with an EasyJet flight coming into Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.

Strong winds caused the plane to drop suddenly before landing, causing one wheel to touch the tarmac before the pilot pulled up. The flight was then landed safely on the second go.

“Our pilots are highly trained to perform ‘go arounds’ as a precaution and in line with our procedures,” said EasyJet.

“The safety of its passengers and crew is the airline’s highest priority.”
