OK, so it may not exactly be the hoverboard from Back to the Future, but we’re getting pretty damn close, people!
A company called Hendo have designed a working hoverboard that uses magnetic levitation to lift itself off of the ground.
The company is looking for some more funding through its Kickstarter campaign, which could help develop the board technology further and help create magnetic skateparks to use your board in. Sweet!
But… it costs $10,000. We’ll wait until Christmas then… *nudge mom and dad*
