The EFF leader visited a fast food restaurant in Tzaneen back in August, and this morning was charged with assaulting a fellow customer.
Julius and his buddies had apparently been drinking when they decided they needed some food. Julius is then seen in a confrontation with another male customer, which turns ugly. Whilst the CCTV footage has no sound, the complainants affidavit says that Malema shouted “I will f * ck you up!”.
The incident paints a clear picture of Malema as a bully and as above the law and fellow citizens. We cannot allow our public representatives to behave like criminals without their actions having consequences.”
