Banksy’s elusive paint-and-bail style has become a much beloved thing across the UK, as well as the world, and his latest piece in Bristol is a great parody of the classic Johannes Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a pearl earring’.

This particular mural popped up just hours after Banksy was reportedly arrested, a story which turned out to have emerged via a satire news website.
