Tim’s ever controversial diet plan is under scrutiny again, this time for removing an item from the “green” list and then putting it back on again.
After dieters complained that they were “not losing weight fast enough”, DAIRY was taken off the eat all you can green light list. The likes of cheese and yoghurt were put on the “eat with caution” list.
Tim has referred all queries to his co-authors, Sally-Ann Creed, Jonno Proudfoot and David Grier.
“These changes were made by the other authors, so you need to contact them.”
Well of course eating mounds of double cream full fat yoghurt every morning is going to make you not lose weight.
Anyway, dairy now has a ‘handle with care’ tagged to it.
“We have left dairy on the green list, but you will need to monitor your weight loss and your dairy intake. If you find that you are not losing enough weight, try cutting out dairy.”
Also, try jogging around the block a few times a week.
