Apple Pay Launches Today In The US – This Is How It Works [Video]

Apple has introduced its new mobile payment system, Apple Pay, in the United States this week; but how exactly does it work?
The new system allows iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users to swipe their phones to make purchases at checkout counters equipped with a new “contactless reader”.
All users have to do is position their iPhone near one of the readers at a store, hold their finger on their Touch ID and they’re good to go. The simple, swift checkout motion is made easy due to the the Near Field Communication antenna in the iPhone 6, which connects with the payment point to complete the transaction.
