As far as I can tell, this Brazilian guy just went around killing people for no particular reason, other than that they were women, homeless or gay.
26-year-old security guard Thiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha admitted to the murder of 39 people.
“We have been shocked by his coldness.”
Thiago would drive up to his victims on a motorcycle with his face covered and then shoot them and leave without stealing them of any possessions. Sometimes he would ask for valuables, though. Weird.
